It's Official

Chandler graduated from the 8th grade!! She will start High School in fall. I can't believe my baby is in High School. Where has the time gone! Summer started officially for us on the 20th. It is sooooo nice not having to get up early. lol This weekend we are in Kennewick for a tournament for Sammy. The weather is suposed to be right around 100 degrees. ugh I do not handle the heat too well. Bill plans on taking me back to the hotel from the filed the minute he sees me starting to melt! lol What a nice guy. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Hugs and Giggles!!

Last week I took Chandler to the Orthodontist/dentist to get molds etc done so thet on July 7th. She will be getting upper braces. She wasn't too thrilled I was taking photos but understands my need to scrapbook it!

Wenatchee Tourney 5/25-26/08

State: Game 4

Sorry it has taken so long getting all the State photos up. The last 2 weeks have been super busy. Game 4 was exciting. unfortunatly the girls lost. they came in 6th place which isn't bad out of 16 teams.

Sammy getting ready to get on the bus to go back to the hotel. We met her there to pick her up. We then went to lunch with Barb, Liz, Treva. We went to minors.....Oh my gosh. If you love cheeseburgers.....this is the place for you!! They are HUGE and yummy.






It was a GREAT season. Next season will be interesting as there were 6 Seniors on the team this year. Sammy is the only one left in the infield. I was able to make photo cd's for the team. Will hand them out at the banquet on Monday. School is out on Thursday. We are all ready for that! Up next... more photos from the weekend. Sammy had a tourney in Wenatchee after her State tourney. Game 3 @ State

Wow, game 3 was exciting. The girls won 8-3 Some of the girls who were struggling hitting got some good ones. Sorry if the pictures are a little fuzzy. My camera does not like working when it is dusk out. My next post will be on Game 4. Lat year they didn't make it to game 4. They were done after game 3. So they (and us) were very excited. Sammy went to dinner with the team. We went back to Liz and Treva's house for dinner, conversation and bed. We were at the field for nearly 12 hours and have another early start for game 4.
